What are average pick-up wait times?

We work very hard to ensure you don't need to wait at all. If you book in advance, we should be there waiting for you.

Ensure you fill out the new booking form entirely so we can follow your flight and be there waiting.

If you book once you arrive at the airport, the average waiting time is 20 minutes. We suggest you contact us as soon as your plane arrives so we will be waiting after you pick up your luggage.
